Your Account

Creating your Reward Me Now account

When creating your account, please make sure you have no accents, apostrophes or symbols in your name. Please make sure your email address is correct and make a note of your email and password.

I have tried using my debit and credit card and neither work. Why could this be?

Please check that the name and address on your account are the same name and address as the registered card holder. If not, then the card will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel your membership within the cooling off period of 14 days from signing up you are entitled to a full refund. You can cancel your membership here

Can I change my personal details?

You can update basic information, such as name, email address and marketing preferences, in the profile section of the Reward Me Now App. If you need help adjusting your payment method or any other personal information please contact and we will adjust your details for you.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I change it?

You can change your password by visiting the reset page here. Please be aware that you will be sent a password reset email via this link, be sure to check your spam/junk mail as the password reset link will expire within 24hours.

Technical Issues

How long will it take for my eGift Card to arrive?

eGift Cards are delivered digitally to your account within the app and to your email address. In most cases the order is processed immediately. On rare occasions we may need to manually verify an order, in which case, it can take up to 3 hours.

I haven’t received my eGift Card, what do I do?

When you purchase an eGift Card it will show in the ‘My Orders’ section of the Reward Me Now app, you will also receive an email with your eGift Card details. If your eGift Card hasn’t been generated please don’t hesitate to contact our team via live chat on our website or by email at, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

eGift Cards

I recently purchased an eGift Card but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Some retailers do not offer refunds on their products, so therefore we will not be able to issue a refund on eGift Cards from those retailers. We highly recommend that you read all T&C’s from each retailer regarding refunds before purchasing an eGift Card. We can issue refunds if certain conditions are met. Please contact our team via our live chat or to request a refund.

How will I receive a refund if I return a product purchased using an eGift Card?

This will vary by retailer, please read all T&C’s from each retailer regarding gift cards/gift vouchers before making a purchase.

Questions about goods purchased from the retailer

If you have a question or complaint about a product you’ve purchased using a Reward Me Now eGift Card through one of our retailer partners, you should contact them directly. We do not have access to all of the information held by retailers, so unfortunately we can’t help with product or delivery questions. Please check the specific retailer terms and conditions for more details.

Can I still use my shopping card?

We no longer offer the shopping card as part of the new Reward Me Now memberships. However, if your membership date started before 24th July 2019 date, and you already have your shopping card, you still have full use of it. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact
