Your Account

Creating your Reward Me Now account

When creating your account, please make sure you have no accents, apostrophes or symbols in your name. Please make sure your email address is correct and make a note of your email and password. It is essential your home address is correct as this is where your card will be sent.

I have tried using my debit and credit card and neither work. Why could this be?

Please check that the name and address on your account are the same name and address as the registered card holder. If not, then the card will not be accepted.

How old do I need to be to become a member of Reward Me Now?

There are no age restrictions for savvy money-savers! But please note, you do need to be 18+ years of age to get your Reward Me Now shopping card, provided by Love2shop.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel your membership within the cooling off period of 14 days from signing up you are entitled to a full refund.

eGift Codes

I haven’t received my eGift Code, what do I do?

When you purchase an eGift Code it will show in the ‘My Codes’ section of the Reward Me Now app, you will also receive an email with your eGift Code details. If your code hasn’t been generated please don’t hesitate to contact our team via live chat on our website or by email at, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

How will I receive a refund if I return a product purchased using my Reward Me Now shopping card or eGift Code?

This will vary by retailer, please read all T&C’s from each retailer regarding gift cards/gift vouchers before making a purchase.

I recently purchased an eGift Code but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Some retailers do not offer refunds on their products, so therefore we will not be able to issue a refund on codes from those retailers. We highly recommend that you read all T&C’s from each retailer regarding refunds before purchasing an eGift Code for that retailer. We can issue refunds if certain conditions are met, but you should be aware that you will incur an administration fee of £1. This will be automatically deducted from the refund amount that you are due.

Questions about goods purchased from the retailer

If you have a question or complaint about a product you’ve purchased using your Reward Me Now membership through one of our retailer partners, you should contact them directly. We do not have access to all of the information held by retailers, so unfortunately we can’t help with product or delivery questions. Please check the specific retailer terms and conditions for more details.

Your Card

How do I top up my card?

You can top up your card and check your balance here There is a minimum top up of £10. Please be aware that the first time you top up your Reward Me Now shopping card, Love2shop will charge an additional £1.50 ‘Membership Fee’. This is only charged the first time you top up - it allows them to carry out fraud checks to keep your account secure. The 7% discount is applied instantly when you top up your card, so if you load £100 to your card it will only cost you £93.

I haven’t received my card yet, how long should it take to arrive?

Cards should be delivered within 5-7 working days. If you haven’t received your card after this period, please contact us via our live chat or via email.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you have lost your card or believe it to be stolen, please contact Love2shop immediately on: 0344 375 0739 - Lines are open between the following times: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

If your card is missing and you know the card number and the funds have not been used, you can either request a new card, or if you have right of redemption, you can request a refund. There is a Love2shop fee of £8.90 to do this.

Where can I spend the balance of my card?

You can spend your card balance in-store at over 90 retailers. Please see the individual brand pages on our app to find out where to spend.

Do I need to spend the entire balance of my card in one transaction?

Balances on your card can be spent at any of the listed retailers, there’s no need to spend your entire balance in one place/transaction.

If you wish to use your card balance for a partial payment, first pay the difference using another method (i.e. cash or debit/credit card) then pay the rest using your Reward Me Now card.

For our eGift Codes, please check the terms for each individual retailer.

How long will my balance stay on my account?

Your balance will stay on your account for 6 years.

Managing your Love2shop account

Activate your card -

If you have any trouble activating your card please contact Love2shop on 0344 375 0739 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays) Please note: Love2shop perform random fraud checks meaning when activating your card you may be asked to call them quoting a reference number to have your card set up. This is nothing to worry about.

Top up

Checking your balance

At this time, you won’t be able to merge an existing Love2shop card with your Reward Me Now shopping card. The Reward Me Now card is not a cashback card, it will allow you access to instant discounts meaning no waiting around for cashback to be paid!
